^If that's you, then come on in and enter! It is open for all emoticonists, new and old! Only a few, simple rules and regulations! Nothing big!

Rules
No emotes in MS Paint or Paint.net (GIMP emotes work. It's a free program, go Google it and you can use that instead of paint~ c: )
Has to be static
Must be in .gif or .png format
Don't make it too large nor too small
The emote MUST either hold a balloon, have a hot air balloon, or float with a balloon attached around their waist
Try to cut your entry limit to 2 emotes per person

To send it, you can send the deviation in a note or by comment here.

Please note that when (if at all) I get too many emotes, this project will be closed. After this, I will most likely make another.
